Chairs
To use the concept of form over function was my basic intention when I approached the idea of designing a chair, but I also wanted to take an object that is familiar to the everyday, and manufacture a certain response that did not relate to its original character.
I shot the chairs in an inverted light box. Again, this was to further remove them from any suggestion of familiarity.
